Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love making it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Personalised Items:
All personalised jewellery is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
• There is a spelling or engraving error made by us
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and a description of the issue.
We will remake or refund your order as appropriate.
Non-Personalised Items:
For non-personalised items, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• You contact us first to initiate the return process
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started working on your piece.
