Stainless steel is a non-tarnish, waterproof metal. It keeps its shine and colour for years and will not turn skin green. It is hypoallergenic and not usually skin-reactive, which makes it well suited to babies and young children. The plating is ion-bound to the stainless steel for excellent durability.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep it bright.
