How to order:

1) Take a photo of the handwriting. Try to have no shadows on the paper and click the photo from straight up. Please see the examples in the photos
2) Send the photo to us in the message or email to admin [!at] custom-theory.com

We'll use your handwritten message (photo) to design the pendant for the necklace.

If required, we'll show you the proof beforehand to confirm with you if you like the pendant design.


Size and Material:

All our products are 925 Sterling Silver. We reduced the cost by removing the middleman from the process.

We do plating over sterling silver for Gold and Rose Gold coloured jewellery.

The chain lengths available are 16", 18" and 20"

Pendant size: Height - up to 10 mm, Width - Depends on the length of the name.

Each order is made from scratch.

Please note, the handwriting necklaces take more time as compared to any other type of jewellery as there is a "pre-production" step involved when we convert the handwriting to a format that we can use for cutting the pendant design.

Different Stages : - It goes through graphic designing, laser cutting, polishing, cleaning, plating, assembling, sorting and packaging, shipping.
